SHIPPING FEES & TIMEFRAMES

At HIGH PROFILE we try our best to despatch in stock items within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

On occasions of high traffic periods orders may take up to 3-4 working days (excludes pre-orders).

• All orders are tracked. Use your tracking number to track your parcel. NZ Post is your first point of contact.

• All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of despatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.
